Who will be supervising my project and how often will I meet with them?

Our project managers have an average of 20 years of experience or in other words over 40,000 hours of construction experience. You should expect to see them on the job every day except in very unusual situations.

They have the responsibility to ensure that all aspects of your project are completed following our specific installation process for your type of project. They also are there to ensure that the installation process meets the manufacturer’s standards so the material warranty is enforceable (shortcuts in installation will void the material warranty and the homeowner won’t even know).

They have the ability to explain exactly what they are doing in every phase of the project.

Our project managers have the ability and experience to manage multiple projects depending on the scope and complexity of each project. We will not sacrifice quality by overloading them. You can be sure that if that happened they wouldn’t work for us for very long.

We design, build and remodel homes in the Bay Area including: Atherton, Campbell, Cupertino, Fremont, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Menlo Park, Milpitas, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, Woodside and the surrounding communities in the Bay Area.
